A2U is looking for a motivated Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator to join our team, ensuring smooth running of our company’s offices and contributing in driving sustainable growth. You’ll help undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.

What You’ll do

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
  • Track stocks and place orders for materials & supplies
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, office administrator, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Fluent in English & Greek
