About you:

 

We are looking for someone who will provide assistance in developing and overseeing the planning and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives. 

 

For this role, we want someone who is experienced in marketing and B2b lead generation. Someone who is an expert in marketing strategies, industry trends, analytics and campaign success. As a Fractional CMO, you will be responsible for company branding optimizing and improving the company’s online presence. It will also be your responsibility to make sure that KPIs are met.

 

We need someone who is an excellent communicator, for you will also be the point of communication for the marketing team and the media agencies and vendors. You will also be in charge of preparing marketing materials for online promotion and distribution. 

 

This is a part time position and is fully remote.

Goals of a Fractional CMO:

 

  1. Create, execute and expand the company’s marketing strategy and programs, through designing and executing marketing funnels.

  2. Improve and expand digital lead generation.

  3. Optimizing and improving the company’s online presence through branding, PR and content marketing.

  4. Create email marketing campaigns that convert potential clients.

 

Responsibilities of a Fractional CMO:

  • Create winning omni-channel marketing strategies to build lasting impressions with consumers.

  • Find, plan, and monitor vendors working on the company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.).

  • Create campaigns, launch, and monitor vendors working on optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.

  • Review and monitor SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).

  • Create direction for online newsletters and promotional emails and oversee the vendors that organize their distribution through various channels.

  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.

  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience, and keep messaging on brand across all channels.

  • Measure performance (KPI's) of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

  • Acquire insight in offline and online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

 

Requirements of a Fractional CMO:

  • Strong people skills-positivity, punctuality, and passion are crucial to success.

  • Proven experience as a CMO or similar role.

  • Able to manage and lead others.

  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Experience with B2B social media and lead generation, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.

  • Skills and experience in guiding vendors through the different phases of content creation. (e.g. Photography, Design, Placement, Strategic Planning etc).

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly collaborative.

  • Adaptable and creative.

  • Customer first mentality.
