This requires the function holder not only to maintain close relationships with the key technology providers, but also to develop a consistent technology strategy and life-cycle management plans backed up with a forward looking hardware and software budget
Technical Skills & Knowledge
* Maintain, and administer z/OS
* Perform general mainframe troubleshooting and performance tuning
* Contribute to the tuning of system configurations for redundancy, performance, security, and data protection
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of professional experience on a Mainframe environment
* Experience installing, maintaining, and administering z/OS
* Experience installing, maintaining, and administering mainframe third party products
